Just return the product to the address on the label, with a brief description of what was wrong. I am an individual owner. I have a small shop that I build the product in. I package these swings very carefully, and rarely have any issues with damaged items. In most cases the damaged piece can be easily replaced. As an alternative to returning the item, I can also ship you the damaged part (at no extra charge) and you can replace it yourself.
